TRIBUTE TO THE VICTIMS OF NOVEMBER 11TH
Below we reproduce the whole letter.

Remembering fallen Gambians
Today, November 11th is another day to reflect on the failures of the APRC Administration. A lot of decent Gambians were victims of Jammeh’s aggression. The ugly face of this tyrannical administration succeeded in frowning on Gambians, and murdering many decent Gambians in cold blood.
I join all warm-hearted Gambians to wish our gone fellows eternal peace, and to humbly implore on Almighty God to bring to total demise the doers of such heinous acts.
While justice may be denied under a current atmosphere, but justice will be victorious someday. An alleged coup d’tat denied by many; something that will be clear some day.
The doers of evil can run, but they cannot hide. When the east lightens the shiny face of our Gambia, indeed, we will remove the poisonous weeds from the field using the power of justice, and any means necessary that may be available for action. While fear must be conquered in totality, the very terrorists behind the ugly walls of hypocrisy, selfishness, corruption, nepotism, and tribalism –in the name of national development and security, must be conquered without fear or favor. It is time to pronounce true independence and freedom from the clutches of tyranny and dictatorship. Not a weed grain should be spared. Your brothers and sisters are only those that are fair to human existence; support true liberty and freedom.

Galleh's poem, titled "Ultimatum to the men of stone", is a tribute to NOV. 11th victims, and other victims of the Gov't whimps and caprices. ["Drenching our nations with seas of death".]
While "men of stone" might be to imply ignorance, like ignorance and lacken in mental functionality are attributed with stones, which might be a resembling situation here, in my own understanding.

The coming of the word spite is to imply lacken in feeling for other humans. The poem, to my humble observation, is another record to serve the future over a country whose citizens are deprived of their rights to exist/live.
The poem, culled from the G-post, was also featured on the Shepherd's opinion column of nov 15.

We stand angry, defiant
Energized, forceful, determined
To push aside
You human rocks blocking
Stone men ignorant
Deluded backward blind
To the relentless march
Of human progress
The unstoppable rush
Of positive values blind
Mean, vicious
Drenching our nations with seas of death
Feeding our flesh to your beasts of prey
Drowning innocent souls tied
To boulders of hatred
Injecting innocent lives with potent lies
Injecting
Doses of deceit, slimy propaganda
Defying sense claiming godship . . .
We stand angry, defiant
Ready
To push you aside and cause to rise
Between our rights and you men of
stone
The walls God built
For gog and magog
To keep you shackled to your
angry spite
Strike down your dwarfed agency
O stone-blind men
Of dubious sanity . . .
We stand angry, defiant
O men of stone
And when with time we sail away
We will still be here to let you
know
We spite your slime and meek
bravado
We stand with truth and eternal
justice
We Defy you to decree otherwise.
