I recall my family attaining land in the 70's from the Alkalos in exchange for cash and bags of rice. This was a time when people laughed calling Fajara, Bijilo and the surrounding area bush.
I guess things have changed. I heard they are now asking exorbitant amounts for a small parcel of land. Does anyone know the names or contact information of the Alkalos in the country? Is Land purchasing done through the ever corrupt lands office?

Justice must be served as impunity brings more repression and corruption!
