The point that Binneh & Bulfaleh got right.

Contradictions surround Musa Jammeh’s Sintet Citizenship.

As I tried to verify (investigate) the ongoing talk, it is only honest to come back and update readers on it.

A more reliable source has it that Musa Jammeh, fondly known as Musa Buluf in Sintet is not a citizen of Sintet, contradicting what I reported in my earlier thread. The source went further to reveal that when Musa’s father moved from Buluf (a region in cassamance) to Sintet, Musa was already born, but that he schooled and grew up in Sintet.

Well confirmed that Lang Tombong was born in Sintet, but at some point his parents moved to Cassamance where they lived till after the 94 coup, and he re-united his divorced parents and situated them in Kuloro.

Tumbulli Tamba was born in Sintet and his lineage is still there.

Verdict: Should non-Gambians be allowed in the military? They should go by the Gambian constitution, and if Musa haven’t naturalized yet, then he should do so right away. Otherwise, the matter is a violation of the Gambian constitution. How should Musa be tried? First, on his citizenship, and then any other atrocity that he committed.

Cc. to all forums for rectification, and to serve the records. Sorry for any inconvenience that the earlier thread created.

Yours in the struggle,
Gainako

Yes, but would need to reference the legal terms used in the constitution-that would narrow our answer to perfection.

Thanks
