Beautiful woman we are uplifted in your exultation with the Balafong and the Kora the Riti and the Flute and from the hilly slopes in the provinces the muddy rice fields in Jahali Pacharr and from the swampy wasteland of the Tann the serene and fine beaches the drums of the great Griots herald they echo the laughter of your children.
Beautiful woman we are hearten with your gentle smile with the Halam and the Bukarabu the Sewruba and the Sabarr and from the opaque waters of the shrine in Kachikally the sacred ancient mounds of the stone circles in Wassu the crescendo serenades with jubilant noises the drums of the great Griots herald they tell the story of your children at the peek of twilight.
Momodou, thanks for the corrections. A friend of mine just brought my attention to the misspelling of some of the words which you have corrected. He has also suggested for these spellings of the words used: Sewruba for Seruba and Bukarabu for Bokorabu and to change the word peek to peak.
