The Law maker Dr yaya Jammeh command all AU citizen living in the Gambia to pay Taxes that Gambians pay, because they have shown that they love The Gambia the same way Gambias do.Oh lol less money for the gambia then.Secondly it is an offence to Drive around while others are cleaning on sundays.Dictator Yaya will Deploy the NIA and the police to see how many Civil servants participate. Many civil servants may loose their jobs if caught doing northing.

I had no idea it had become like that. What kind of cleaning is everyone required to do. Is it like set setale?

National cleaning day is last Saturday of the month. Everyone is supposed to join in. No traffic moves until 2pm I think.

He's a womaniser, just looking for an excuse to fill up the statehouse by women...

"Still addressing what he termed the indifferent attitude of Gambian men, he charged that anytime he goes out to participate in a cleaning exercise, it turns out that 99 percent of the participants are the female gender. “Where are the male gender?” he queried rhetorically. “These were the comments I hear from the men: ‘the country is very clean, and this should continue.’ They have the guts to drive past me and wave at me while I was cleaning. If you are not going to participate, don’t drive past me to show me that you have a beautiful car,” he said, adding that anyone who dares do that again would “go to jail.”

He further warned that anybody not participating in Operation Clean the Nation should stay at home. “In fact you know that it is an offence to drive around whilst we are cleaning the nation.”

He warned that if Gambian men continue with the kind of behaviour and attitude he has perceived in them, which he said is detrimental to development, they would become “endangered species in his government” because they would be so few.

“I don’t mind to give all the cabinet portfolios to the women of this country,” he contended.

What is the duty of the local area councils?Let jammeh leave Gambian men alone they are sobber enough to boycotte it, if they continue paying high taxes to BCC,KMC,BAC,MAC,KAC BAC let the concils employe people and provide them with resources to clean the nation on a daily basis.

Does he really think that by staying at home and cleaning this is a contribution, most will hire someone to do the cleaning, why does everyone have to stay home, Why can't you go to your place of work and make a contribution to the clean in that area.
