Foroyaa has been receiving information that the Executive intervention in the currency market is untimely because of the forthcoming feast of Eid el Adha and the tourist season; that many of those who sent remittances or planned a holiday had already relied on the Central Bank exchange rates which are published in a website to calculate the money to be used in Gambian dalasi. They said all their plans are in a shambles. Foroyaa will visit the website and inform the people accordingly.
