Is this a general problem,or a problem on a local level? are shopkeepers buying in half empty cylinders and selling them at full price,?are wholesalers selling half full cylinders to retailers?,or worse still are big suppliers involved? I agree with the writer investigations at a national level should take place to find out exactly what is happening,cylinders of cooking gas are expensive for the average Gambian,MOST of these people cook with wood or charcoal,not a good way to save the planet anyway
