I fear that this inconsistency might break his neck one day. For some of his ideas I would regret this. But the 21. century is not really the right historical era for absolutism.

Yahya Jammeh is a dictator, period/full stop. The only thing missing at his theatrics is the choreography. North Koreans could be a line of inspiration. Next time the Gambian dictator summons the masses, check out the choreography, that's the life blood for dictators. yeh,rah

No. you guys don't understand who Jammeh is and will never get him if you try to go by what comes out of his mouth. The man doesn't have a clue what his responsibilities are and never listens to any advice. It is one thing to find yourself in leadership position and another thing to know what is expected of a leader.

It is only a failed system that produces such leaders like Jammeh. Under normal democratic exercise, such people who speak whatever comes to their mind will never have seen light. One need to use one's mind in whatever they do and don't have to be defiant because you think you have power.

My warning to you all is to take a hike away from associating anything that these man stands for. Take whatever he says in good faith and know that what you see is what you get. We are there and we must find a way to get out before the flames erupts.
Peace
