"He dismissed talk of a fuel crisis, calling it a fuel shortage."

All did not go to plan...

He continued: "We are hopeful that this facility would further sharpen our advantage of becoming the regional hub for commerce, trade and related services. I have been reliably informed that with the presence of this new depot, The Gambia would become the sub-regional hub that would enable countries in the area, especially those that are land-locked to take their fuel supplies.

The depot is well-equipped with loading stations to enable the simultaneous filling of as many tank trailers as desired in a short time. The key message here is that although the facility is located in The Gambia, its benefits are far reaching for others beyond our territorial borders.

The world would be a poorer place if it was peopled by children whose parents risked nothing in the cause of social justice, for fear of personal loss. (Joe Slovo - African revolutionary)

Very good Sab, but where is the fuel that is supposed to be in the storage depot ? There are loads of road tankers about to transport fuel from the facility, but as it comes by boat I assume it has to be paid for before it arrives, this could be the problem ?
