Not very impressed with press freedom in Gambia,I am uncertain as to if he has returned to Gambia after his problems,he is very unlikely to be well thought of in some quarters in Gambia making pronouncements like this..
"It is indeed very worrying that The Gambia could claim to be a democratic country and still continues not only to intensify its repression of the independent press, but also to retain draconian legislation that cripples free speech. GMC supports the GPU in its call for the comprehensive repeal of all obnoxious laws that asphyxiates freedom of the press."
"Simple is good" & I strongly dislike politics. You cannot defend the indefensible.
