H.E. has always hankered after a railway,it seems that he may just have got funding,does have implications on jobs though,Taxi Drivers,Minibus Drivers, BUT if its mass transportation you want and being green then some sort of railway is the thing,Narrow Gauge would be excellent and less expensive than a full size railway, what a great tourist attraction as well ! Imagine Barra to Kerawan on the train
