A clear conscience fears no accusation - proverb from Sierra Leone
Momodou, thanks for posting this,it does show that some have identified a great source of brainpower that has been almost totally neglected by many countries, however as with everything now days it is a mere talking shop with no funding or other benefits because at the moment there is no money to do much about anything, again its a change in the thinking of people that is most important, if the disabled are just thought of as beggars and not part of the general community then nothing will happen,I bring out again my well worn phrase " attitudinal change" unfortunately in this case because of lack of money thinks are not going to happen until the world is healed sometime in the future.
"Simple is good" & I strongly dislike politics. You cannot defend the indefensible.
Many disabled people in Senegambia often think that begging is the only way out and society also does not see disabled people as a potential. Yes "attitudinal change" is the key word.
