The knock on effect of all these money problems will without doubt affect Africa and Gambia. The last few lines of the article ring very true to me:
"We are on the verge of some very bad things. The kinds of "financial bombs" that we saw dropped today are going to become much more frequent. As governments, banks and investors scramble to survive, we are going to see extreme amounts of volatility in the financial marketplace.
Things are not going to be "normal" again for a really, really long time.
Hold on tight, because 2012 is going to be a very interesting year."

The world is witnessing very interesting twists and turns. Karl Marx once stated that capitalism digs its own grave and now it appears that capitalism is near burial. People all around the world have been made to worship money capital in unprecedented ways. Political corruption is induced by the power and drive for money capital possession. There is so much to it. Yes I agree with your points. The financial time bomb will no doubt explode.
Not being a political animal I have not read The Little Red Book written by chairman Mao or the works of Lenin or Karl Marx or anyone else with extreme left leanings so I am not qualified to know if I agree or disagree with anything that they have written. I do agree with your writings when you write :
"Political corruption is induced by the power and drive for money capital possession."
What a great signature for you on Bantaba in cyberspace.
