I am glad to answer. You thought you made a point, but you did not. I am not a tourist in Gambia.

Yes I have been to wow when I was in 20s. I can't stand wow when seeing those senior citizens chasing young girls. However, I do realize that both sides have mutual agreement for being together for their interests. One has financial/status expectation, the other want to score on holidays.

I am not 20s but early 30s now. I am not a senior citizen. I fit wow much better than you do. Ideologically, life style I am more fitting than you. I have been listening reggae and dancehall since my teenage years. Besides, I am a family man. I am one of them. Most Gambians know me accept me as Gambian. I prey with them in the mosque. I lead preying as imam. I play djembe with them. I spent my time with my African daughter. We also spent my time with our relatives in Gambia. I have many sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws I hang out. I still call a Gambian woman as 'mother'. Dancehall reggae is my favorite music. However, in Gambia, my entertainment chose is either choosan or wild monkey when I feel like going out late night. I only like to listen African music and african dance when I am in Gambia. I am very good djembe performer. You can catch me once in a while in wild monkey to perform.

diaspora! Too many Chiefs and Very Few Indians.

Halifa Salah: PDOIS is however realistic. It is fully aware that the Gambian voters are yet to reach a level of political consciousness that they rely on to vote on the basis of Principles, policies and programmes and practices.

My change request has been almost more than a month. Momodou just uploaded the avatar today. I am same a month ago. I am same now.

I just thought that all the avatars are dominated by 'men', I wanted to dedicate my avatar to African women that I have great respect.

Now I agree with you,the avatar change became apparent to me by your change in posting, despite the fact that you applied for a change a month before it took effect, maybe shows a higher hand at work? I agree totally that African women deserve the highest of praise apart from being mothers they do MOST of the work in Africa .
