It's definitely an achievement to have 50,000 messages. Hey Momodou I remember back in the day 12 years ago to be precise or there
about, when I first came on to your site. It was part of the fun getting those numbers up.Remember the pale yellow background with the red and blue design. At the time there was gambianews, jammeh2001, and gambiaL.

Over the years there's has been a lot of fun, dramas, mud slinging and a like. But Cyberspace ain't cyberspace without bantaba in Cyberspace. I'd like to thank you for your dedication to creating not just this platform but many others you've been responsible for over the years. Momodou you've been an inspiration to many of us allowing us to participate in shaping so many policies and projects in our beloved Gambia. You know what you're a genius. May Our Creator shower you with many blessings for the good work you've been able to achieve as an impartial facilitator for Gambian development.

Peace Sister Omega

Peace

I agree totally with that Sister O ,but the almost total takeover by the politicos has taken the edge of bantaba in cyberspace,it's no longer a place for those who are fond of Gambia to have chats about normal things and present ideas to be considered, its now something else.

I like that one very good moe LoL
How about this one

Thou blind fool, what dost thou to mine eyes
That they behold and see not what they see?
They know what beauty is, see where it lies,
Yet what the best is, take the worst to be.
If eyes corrupt by overpartial looks,
Be anchored in the bay where all men ride,
Why of eyes' falsehood hast thou forgèd hooks,
Whereto the judgment of my heart is tied?
Why should my heart think that a several plot
Which my heart knows the wide world's common place?
Or mine eyes seeing this, say this is not
To put fair truth upon so foul a face?
In things right true my heart and eyes have erred,
And to this false plague are they now transferred.

A good way to live your life, thanks.

Bantaba is one big family, albeit a dysfunctional one, we should learn to accommodate members having a rough day.

Once in a while, I am sure even nice people like Moe say stuff that offends people. If nothing else, we should learn to appreciate them for the "ifs, buts, and maybes" they bring to the table.

Gambians like you say, "it's nice to be nice."
