Is the above not enough indication that selfish and ynpartriotic Mustapha Carrayol and his criminal group would are not impartial at all and there would never be free and fair elections in the Gambia.

If they could register the devil at State House with his former Hotel dancer wife>
Why not other presidential aspirants Halifa, Amat, Ousainou and Gomez at their homes?

Shame on you Mustapha Carryol you have already declared your result even before it started.
Thanks to Foroyaa's exposure above. I hope there is an outright condemnation.

Does the above not contravein the constitution in

Section 42 which states: Independent Electoral Commission to monitor elections.

(1) there shall be an Independent Electoral Commission for The Gambia which shall be part of the public service.”
Section 43, subsection (3) establishes its independence. It reads: “In the exercise of its functions under this Constitution or any other law, the Commission shall not be subject to the direction or control of any other person or authority.”

Mustapha Carrayol God shall punish you!

You should actually thank the President and the chairman of the IEC for facilitating and extending such a gesture to the First Family because this could have been turned into an event costing several thousands of Dalasis highlighted in every medium or should I say at least a million spent on preparation and security.............................................Peace

Moe going by the constitution is more important than the cost you are concern about. The IEC is simple cought with their pants down, period.Beside the cost you are concern ends on bing lashed out unaccounted by Dictator Jameeh to jack, Dick and Harry and gambian tax payers can not do anything about it thanks to the Dictatorship in place. Its a shame really I wonder how the pro APRC camp sees things differently or may be one is right to say they support for jammeh for their shelfiness.

Dembish infact anyone for that matter should respect the constitution more if we are to call ourselves Gambians for it is the constitution that makes us one otherwise we would still be having our small regions I would only be jarranka while dembish would be only nyominka. There would be no nation call Gambia. Any one who violates the constitution is a criminal period.

Dembish,I know what the Constitution stipulates but extending registration to the president and his family at "STATE HOUSE" note state house justifies the actions. People were not in line registering and eliminating the cost associated with hosting such a hopeless event like other presidents is not only foolish but costly at the same time.

Put a price Tag on how much it cost the President of Nigeria to register at his home town , adding services, venue preparations, security , best believe not only a million but I think it would be safe to say at least 2 million.

Make a decision and tell me which method you prefer that is of interest to the Nation.............................................Peace

Every one knows the local laws then and one must abide by them. So people were more secured and of cause happier knowing the fact that neighbors are always welcomed and properly cared for they don't need visas or entry permits. They don't have to produce paper or ID cards.People trust each other.
But the point is Laws are meant to be obeyed so if the IEC swore to up held the Law, if they break them then they've committed a crime period.

Moe there is no point cutting cost here, the constitutionality of any move by the head of state is paramount. Is he don't go by the rules the massage to the masses is that the constitution is not effective, or better still HE (JAMMEH) IS ABOVE THE LAW.In reality we know he is above the law in The gambia of today but what question did the IEC inflict on itself.Don,t you think ousainou,Amat, Halifa and Gomez should have been met at their offices by the IEC boss as well with GRTS as seen when jammeh and his family get registered. That would have been fairer but I am sorry to say, jammeh and IEC are already sending signals that the election WILL NOT BE FAIR.Mccarthy square is just a walking distance from state house are you telling me that is going to cost millions for jammeh to go there to get registered? say that to my foot moe.
And again the fund you are concern to cut, is never accountable when it comes to jammeh he deep his hands into our coffers as and get what he wants.who dares question him? Moe is this the much talk about transparency slogan jammeh came with in 1994? You see jammeh has succeeded in fooling only his suporters hence those who are not supporting have seen the light ever since and know thwt a country's development is not just construction of roads while the masses go to sleep empty stomack in complete penury

Talking about SECURITY suggests that people are so badly offended they are prepared to jump on Jammeh head for revenge. If that is it, then he is entitled to stay in the confines of those tinted glasses. After all HE is THE (Da ) President by some account.

But, there is more constitution respect for the president and wife to get registered at the right place. Power corrupts, and that's something else. Moe can you come clear on these issues?

You just said it all Karamba, H.E is the President and there is no provision as to where he ought to be registered. Look the presidents family was allowed to register at the State House Courtesy of the IEC a gesture extended to the head of state which is very much acceptable at any standard. You can call him all kinds of names but after all he still remains His Excellency Alhaji Yahya AJJ Jammeh President of the republic of The Gambia. You people are not serious, Register Hamat Bah and Darboe at their residences, ya'll kidding me right!, I guess when they become President then, they can also register and vote from the state House if they Please. Ya'll have no respect for the Presidency or the laws meant to Govern you so whats NEW "Lu BESS". The next thing you gonna hear is GRTS is Jammeh's propaganda machine. That is the Biggest lie of the Century my friends, If you say the Presidents activities are covered nonstop well that is a fact but so does every goddamn country, the activities of the President need to be on record. What the opposition wants is to use the State media to spread their hate and lies, so before they even think about bringing that Nonsense up lets nip it in the Butt right now. You people need to Understand President Jammeh is the President whether you hate his guts or love him either way he is still gonna represent the Gambian interest the next day. The Gambian opposition I would even consider taking their microphones from them, very naughty old men.........................................Peace

Calling him names is small moe. Don't you call him HE Alhagie? Dr.? Sheick? Professor? Nasiru Deen?
More I ask you where did he get all the names from? Was it not YOU people who confired all those names on a then innocent quite man and made him the devil he now is. Am sure Auntie Asumbi Bojang must be causing people like you and others had made his son a devil, who kill for him , beat for him, make people dissappear and reappear for him, feed his crocodiles with humans for him, and above all , YOU want him to belief he is invincible and a sent new prophet
With all YOU doing for him to scare people; many are even more determined to make YOU fail.People attack his policies on daily basis. No wonder he gets more confused and paranoid with all the lies YOU tell him. Thats why sometimes he turn the table on you people by eliminating YOU one by one. So you see not everything that glitters is gold.!.
!

Mustapha carrayol would have his potion from YOUR created devil sooner than you can immagine..Think of resent Fatou Camara!

Madam Jammeh may now be a naturalised citizen as she have satisfied the residence requirement of 10yrs. Notwithstanding this, her voters card and that of her husband, president Jammeh, are utterly void for they are not acquired from a legally designated centre.

Thanks

If this problem is not solve before the election day, constitutionally jammeh and her family should NOT be allowed to vote at any other polling stattion and they must be send back if they do turn out at any polling stattion to vote where they are not registered at.
