I would like to extend my appreciation to the forum. In december 2003 i wrote my story to the forum requesting any knowledge about my father.I am glad to say its been 2 years since we have been in contact & have actually met on a few occasions whilst he was visiting RSA on UN duty.I am a Gambian born Zimbabwean, that's to say my dad is from the former, yet my mum is from the latter.I'm now 25 & will be completing my undergraduate studies in medicine in november this year.my full names are Che Gift Manneh.Thank you once again comrades for availing yourselves & for caring enough to attend to my story.I hope in a few months i will pay a visit to my country of origin.

Thanks for informing us. It must have been a wonderful moment for both of you when you met. Good luck with your studies.

Che, we are all happy to rejoice with you for the realisation of your dream of meeting your love one. It is also exciting to learn that you are graduating soon.

Well done SISTER and please keep up the hard work.
