Cruel, sneaky, unfaithful, traitor, man of raw greed, selfish, inhumane, untruthful. Yes all these and more. But is he really a dictator. What makes someone a dictator? Is Yaya Jammeh a dictator or simply a traitor?
Though he admitted being a dictator but he said he is "Dictator of under-development."
