Momodou, Thanks for the information. I have previously said Omar Khan had a hand in the arrest and detention of the family of KMC Leader. That Man had on previous occations ruled that region with intimidations and biasness.I have worked with him and have known him so much and would never be surprised if on election day he tries to stop some oppositions from voting. Omar had on many occations said he would do anything to keep his job and anyone who tries to come in between would be crushed and grined like smooth groundnut."Tiya Dekoo" he said to me one day. |

THE ELECTION DECREE IS ENFORCEABLE EVEN WITH THESE NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND ALLEGATIONS IN THIS REPORT AS FOLLOWS;
- "On Monday the 7th March 2011, the parents of the Party Leader were arrested and detained at Basse URR by Security Forces on the orders of “higher authorities” for hoisting GMC Party Flag and pasting GMC Party poster at the family compound."
- "A delegation of GMC sympathisers then met Omar Khan who informed them that he had received instructions from Banjul for the arrests and detentions, and “that his hands were tied”.
- "Omar Khan required an apology from him for his actions with a promise not to disseminate GMC information materials again, to which Muhammad Fatty vehemently refused. The right to disseminate Party information is guaranteed by the Constitution and the electoral decree."
AND "We call on our militants to intensify their individual and collective efforts in enthroning genuine democracy in The Gambia in conformity with Party’s principles of tolerance, diversity, inclusiveness, national unity and observance of the rule of law” GMC
GMC IN GOOD SPIRIT, VERY INSPIRING TO OTHERS AND DEDICATED TO COMPATRIOT JANYANFARA!
