Drama at The Special Court for Sierra Leone (UN) closing arguments as Taylor defense walks out, but court ordered Taylor to "sit" though.

Before Defense bolts

Taylor defense walking Out

Charles Taylor all alone, well almost, before he too goes AWOL after recess

Prosecution presents it's closing arguments, regardless

Prosecution also mentions Gambia-Libya-Militants-Training etc

Prosecution Powerpoint Presentations..................................!!

I have really high regards for Courtenay Griffiths, he is a delightful gentleman who brings a semblance of justice to the condemned BUT I really do not understand what he is trying to pull with his latest chess move.

He is known for performing detailed homework on his cases... so I'm pretty sure this is a well calculated maneuver and not a decision made "in the heat of the moment."

BTW, great pictures capturing interesting facial expressions. Mr. Griffiths use to say, "this trade is also a performing art."

K A, great pictures indeed. I picture is indeed worth a thousand words. I miss your pictures of Jesus on the witness stand...The one with him in a green haftan left an indelible inprint in my mind...
