I think it is safe to assume that Foroyaa online is now dead,at least for the foreseeable future.
Pity that I used to like reading it .

Good to see Foroyaa are back online,Financial constraints were a factor, it was a free service,and to deal with financing an online presence involves some costs,these costs were discussed and resulted in the following method of collecting revenue:
"The current suggestion is to promote donations and advertisements. We have approved this and would want our service providers to be the depository of the money advertisements so that it could be shared on a contractual basis and further enable us to meet all tax obligations. We will be discussing with the tax administrators to find out what our obligations are."
OK Foroyaa online,back to business now job done keep us updated on unusual happenings and your investigations into matters Gambian

Have a read of the latest online offerings,I hope that once the online paper has really got under way we may well see some investigative journalism taking place as it did in the past.

Foroyaa is really back,great stuff,not the insipid mush (it's a bit like Gambian "porridge"  ) served up by SOME of the other media  who profess to deal in Gambian NEWS.

Momodou I understand but felt that its incumbent on systems administrators to develop reliable systems; maintain, protect and sustain systems integrity, reliability of websites manned by them.
However Foroyaa on-line is back on track. |
