Best rate is in Gambia. Just returned 3 weeks ago and the rate was around D45 to the £1. Barry's exchange on Brusubi turntable is the place to go on way from airport.Hope this helps.

Absolutely agree - change in the Gambia and shop around a bit for the best rate -
