Very interesting; I never knew that obtaining charms could send a person to jail. It is also interesting to know that people who refuse to "swear" to a religious text are not taken seriously...
Whatever happened to the concept of DOUBLE JEOPARDY? The Gambian judicial circus is gradually becoming a charade.

Posted - 24 Feb 2010 : 19:57:43 My apologies Sister Omega for anything like a slip on the hate track, though by no means intentional. Just because the whole judiciary conduct like paying allegiance to Chairman Jammeh, I would imagine it is another of it. So sorry if this makes it look a hate venture.

Peace

Posted - 14 Feb 2010 : 00:30:26 Karamba, I know that Jammeh is capable of doing crazy things but I really doubt that he would scoop to the low level of interfering with the trial of "charm criminals." I'd like to believe that he has better things to do with his idle time...
In other words, I don't believe that he has a dog in this fight. |

Can't you pick the coarse voice of All Judge and Jury Jammeh (AJJ) echo in the deep woods of Jungle Judgement?
Those are the sounds and scenes from Papa Gambia. |
